RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at www.bge.rw. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:
Returns:
Return and replacement are only acceptable in the following: Manufacturing defects and Products are not the same as described on the product page when ordering (Part Number, Part Name, and Brand).
Returns Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via our contact form within 12 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions, including the address where you should send the item.
- Pack the item securely, and include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return acceptance
- We only accept returns that were initiated and communicated to our customer service email: sales@bge.rw within one day after your order receipt. If one day has gone by since your reception, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also have the original tags and labels attached.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within five business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card Company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at customer service email: sales@bge.rw within two days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
